Hello,
When I purchased my Epic Touch a few weeks ago at Bestbuy, I also purchased and had the employee put on a Zagg Invisible Shield. Once I got home and started using the phone I noticed a little black dot on the screen. While it was annoying I ignored it hoping it was just a spec of dirt that got stuck under the shield. I didn't want to go back and have them take off the shield and replace it for a single spec of dirt.
Today, however, I noticed a second almost identical spec located near the first. I am concerned that this isn't just dirt or an air bubble; how would anything get under the shield after being on for so long? Has anyone else experienced this or have insight into what may be the problem? If it is an actual issue with the screen such as dead pixels I of course want to return it. However I don't want to have to go to the store and pay to have another shield installed just to find out it is nothing more than dirt or an air bubble under the screen.
Thank you
