I'm looking for a developer to make a live wallpaper for me.
I have 2 images: http://imgur.com/a/BbrEK (these are small previews, the originals are at 3000x2100px with many layers).
I would like these turned into an Android live wallpaper of a scene where the mushrooms and bottles glow.
Starting with the darker image, I would like each bottle and mushroom to glow independently and at random.
Example: every 3 to 8 seconds the blue mushroom will glow and then return to its dim state.
