Live Wallpaper Problem

I have a hero with Darchlegend 4.3.1 and Im using Helixlauncher. Everythings seems fine and Im using the nexus mod live wallpaper... but everytime I come out of sleep mode (not just lockscreen) Im back to my original still wallpaper. Is there any fix for this or should I try a different wallpaper or app?

I think the problem is only with nexus mod wallpaper... too bad, thats the best one.
