live wallpaper question...

Is there an android app that helps run live wallpaper on an android phone that does not support live wallpaper...my intercept does not have this option and I would love to be able to use it

I think you'd have to root the phone and install a custom rom that suports live wallpapers for your phone.

But what happen if they dont have no rom for your phone what can you do?
