Found this one over on xda forums. It's a live wallpaper that transforms your album art into wallpaper.

You can randomize, periodically change the covers and enable opaque setting.

There's a paid version and demo version. Unfortunately the demo version has "DEMO" plastered over the album art.

How well does it work? It looks like it uses very cpu

I've been running it a full day with refresh intervals set to 1 second and I've had very minimal battery drain. I also underclock my CPU when the screen's off so that could be affecting it as well.
