Hey Everyone,

Ok so i bought this Epic a little over a month ago from Best Buy for retail, $499. Used it for a couple of days at the most, and then boxed it back up and now its sitting in the closet. The phone has no signs of cosmetic wear at all, you can see that for your self in the pics. Everything is in working order like it should be. Literally, this is for the person who has been thinking about buying a new one, but wants to save some cash, cause thats what your going to be doing. The phone comes with the box and all original accessories and manuals.

I am also throwing in 1 BNIB Seidio Innocase ($30), 1 BNIB Zagg Screen Shield ($30), 1 BNIB Xentris Suede lined case($30), 1 Brand New but no box OEM Sprint Case, black ($30), 1 pack of Sprint Screen Guards ($20).

Iam going to throw all of these in the sale for free, should give some people more incentive to buy.

I wish, i have been scammed by a number of people so far on this and different forums, so i cant ship until i have the other sides trade or payment first.... and i don't have another phone at the moment, so i would have to ship second... but the thing is, i have done numerous deals on here, and other sites of selling and trading phones/tablets, so i can prove i am legit!

Thanks to everyone who have pmed with offers, i cant trade for other carrier phones, i only have sprint so tmo,att and verizon phones don't do me any good, but i appreciate the offers, and just so you guys know, best buy will give me 250 or a little more with there buy back program so anything lower then that, probably has no chance.

you should probably take that or at least reserve $250. i've seen clean esn epics in pretty good condition (not mint) going for under $250 on ebay and then you have ebay fees

you brought up the scam issue, why would you let phone you paid $499 retail for sit in your closet after two days instead of returning to store for refund?

Hmm, there is no way to reserve price on a forum like this, besides stating i probably wont take less then $250 as i stated above, if this was Ebay then yes i can see how i would reserve the price...

and yes the scam issue, first there is no where in my post did i say i used it for only 2 days. i said a couple of days, cause what most people do on these forums, is buy a phone, and switch phones during the month like i had been doing. use the epic, use this phone, use that one for a day here or there. Like i activated on the date i bought it, used it a handful of days then switched, now its over the return period. o and because i had originally bought an evo from bestbuy exchanged it the back to BB for the Epic, and , because after you do an exchange your 30 days goes null and void, well at least at my BB. And just while your questioning my intentions, i have over 15 positive trades on here and XDA which are two reputable sites, with reputable members, not including my 30 + on Ebay. so i can prove i am not a scammer unlike most people who haven't done any deals. any more questions just ask!

Then why didnt you returned it in the 30 days you had?

Wow, i must suck at describing things...

Um because i didn't, i had originally bought a Evo from best buy and then took it back like 28 days out of the 30 to get the Epic. After i exchanged the Evo for the Epic, i don't get another 30 day to return the Epic, i get the 2 days from when i originally bought the Evo, and basically after you return your first phone for a second, the 30 days goes null and void, you cant keep going back exchanging phones. so now that i am all Epic'd out, i want to sell it.
