Loading data ?

I have a message -- saying Loading Data, please wait -- but it's been a long time. What does this mean? How can I make it stop?

I am also getting this.. (for the first time) today..

It's been about 1 hour doing this..

.. a notification "Loading Data, please wait"


hmmm.. Google Sync is acting strange too..

Quick search revealed the problem in my case:

WeatherBug..

I force closed it and the notification vanished immediately..

how did you force close?

To force close the Weatherbug:

Go to your "Settings"

then, "Applications" .. then "manage applications"

Choose "weatherbug"

Then, look at the bottom you'll see "Force Stop"

that'll do it..

The reason I was having trouble with weatherbug was because my wi-fi connection (where I was/ not home) was requiring an "acceptance" prompt.. That had to be clicked before weatherbug could move forward..

Thanks for the tip about the WEATHER BUG! That was the right answer! Stupid Weather Bug always to seems to screw up something! Thanks again!
