Locale plugin and tasker

Hi please help me. In tasker I do Profile---> state-->plugin-->Locale NFC plugin---->confugration and then I can see the tag csan screen. When I scan the tag it goes to Trigger App page in play store instead of reading the UID. Do I need to install trigger as well. Thanks
