Help Location mode keeps reverting to "High accuracy"

Hi,

For some reason, the Location Mode (Settings > General > Location > Mode) keeps reverting to "High accuracy" from "Battery saving" mode whenever location service is turned on. Is there a way to make it "remember" the previously selected location mode between on/off sessions?
