Lock application similar to iPhone

I'm looking for a lock application similar to how locking was handled within my iPhone. There are a ton of lock/security apps, but I'm hoping for assistance finding one that works like the following:

• 1) Automatically locks after a significant amt of time (at least 1 hour or more).
• 2) Remains unlocked if power button is used to turn off screen (unless time amt expires, of course).

Currently, every time I turn off my screen the phone locks. Annoying! When I had my iPhone my phone's screen could be turned off and NOT locked until a certain amount of time passed. This allowed me to save bettery life and was convenient when I needed to get back into my phone. If I walked away for 1 hour or more, the phone automatically locked. Is there an app that'll do this?
