'Lock Keypad' Widget?

I've got the Droid, and have found it annoying to have to push the little button at the top of the device to lock the phone. Is there an app or widget that can do this?

Soft sleep?
I found something called ScreenModeWidget that changes the mode used when the device sleeps but it seems that I have to press the button still... or wait.

This seems like such a logical utility. Can it really not be available anywhere?

I want this app too - that little button bugs me. I want a widget icon on my home screen to lock the phone - anyone got one?

And another bump. I've been looking for this app/widget all night and can't find one. I mean, WinVista has at least three sidebar apps that do this.
