How to remove the quick access to camera and phone icons on bottom of the lock screen? Looked for a post but didn't see one

Camera is controlled under the lock screen menu in settings. Settings > Lock Screen > Camera Shortcut.
I don't think phone can be removed.

I believe this is a regulatory/gov't mandated "feature",to allow for emergency calls with or without service/etc.......
Guessing if you're rooted there's a work-around.
