Lock screen note editing?

Has anyone figured out how to edit a note for the lock screen once you have pinned it?
From what I can tell so far, there is no way... when you're right down a grocery list and forget something, editing would be rather handy...

I just took a shot at it for fun, and it looks like once you hit PIN it's done. I even went back into Samsung Notes and there is no edit function there, either.

Agree. I cannot find it either. It seemed logical to me to have edit ability. Please post again if you find it. For work it would be a handy quick note of reminders or notes during a meeting. But not useful if you cannot edit or it disappears by saving too quickly.

What do you mean by 'pinning' the note?

Pull the stylus out before unlocking anything and you can write a note. You will see a couple of options at the top. One of these looks like a thumb tack, or pin right next to 'delete'. If you tap that then you can "pin" the note to the always on display lock screen. Once it is pinned, it cannot be edited. Hopefully a future update will change this.

If memory serves, it should be saved in 'samsung notes' so if you unlock the screen it would show there with a share option.

Thank you major. On my venerable, but cherished, Note 2 I can edit S Notes. Bit of a fudge and long winded, but presumably, a 'pinned' note can also be edited in 'samsung notes'.
