where can i find folder for lockscreen images?

want to add a pic to make a "if found" info page thing as wallpaper for it but don't know where to put it so i can select as lockscreen wallpaper.

and unrelated question but how do i turn off the slide to unlock if i've also got a password or pattern lock?

having both slide to unlock and a pattern is stupid...

completely unrelated, but is there a way to revoke or block certain permissions on certain apps? if so how? I would love this option.

Rooting your phone I guess. I'm not sure on how to get rid of the lock screen though.
