Lock & vibrate/silent for desire

Since its my first post here, hello everyone
Was wondering if theres any lock screen app that allows me to silent/vibrate my phone... (got root)
Cheers and sry if theres any other thread for this, couldnt find any.

Im gonna check the site nonetheless. Found a lock program, but I need a way to run it @ boot
