I really need help here. My Carrier, Google and Samsung hasn't done jack to help fix this mess. Okay so I was having problems with my J3 prime so my carrier said best thing to do was factory reset j3 prime now can't get past Google verification. Before this happened I put the 2 step verification on my account. Now it wants the 8 digit code which I can't give since it was in my phone. The only other option they give me is back up code that they send to my email. I put in the code and then Google locked me out because I signed in on a different device. They think it's suspicious. So it's been a month now since I left a HELP email support ticket with them. They say we will get back within 3 to 5 business dayys what a crock of shit that is. I can't even make calls, text nothing. How do I fix this shit??? I know my email, password and still I get nowhere. Please someone for the love of the gods HELP please!!!!!
