locked out of my motorola matrix2 phone

My husband passed away on of a masive heart attack...6/15/2012. it can be verified at times picayune on thursday 06/20/2012. I am the account holder Tammy Gaudet. His name is Joseph Gaudet joegaudet1@gmail.com. I can get into his email,& change his pass word but not his phone. I have tried and tried. I have been told to try google. It was set up with a gmail account on the day we both upgraded our phones to the Matrix 2. I have tried everything and no luck. the above email is my email address jntgoday@gmail.com or jntgoday@aol.com, I have spoke to at&t, motorola, no one can seem to help. and now he his dead...this his horrible that i can't get into his phone that I still have active. he had an alter mental status before he died and changed everything. can you please help me? if this is the wrong deparment can you please forword to whom ever can help.

The easiest way for you is to delete the account, and then set it back up with your new password that you create from the PC, below is a video that will show you how to remove the account, and once remove, simply set it up again.

FYI, I would not post all your info in the thread like that, I would edit it and remove it from the thread.
