Help Locked out of my phone, Google login doesn't work, hard reset won't work! What to do?

Hey guys,

I have a problem. I've gotten locked out of my phone. My app refuses recognize the unlock pattern I set for it and I'm unable to login via my Google account for some odd reason or another.


I've tried following the hard reset instructions shown here with no avail:

Holding down the volume button and the power button (presumably the end call button) does nothing but boot up my phone from being powered down.

Does anyone have any alternative solutions???

On the Moment, recovery required a 3 key press (vol dn + talk + end (power) ). Give that a try and if it works, loose that link. The only way to restore the phone without OS access is through recovery. Good luck!

That is the method for recovery on the intercept as well. That should get you going.

Yep. Works like a charm. I'm not using that lock software ever again. It's buggy.
