locked out of my phone need my google account and password

I`m locked out of my phone and can`t remember my google account or password this has been a joke trying to retrieve it also must say!!!!!!!

Can you describe the lockout a little more? are you not able to open the phone because of the lock screen? Or are you having a different problem? What brand/model of phone is it? Who is your carrier? Thanks!

You can find a few different techniques for recovering from a lost lockscreen password/pattern lock/PIN/etc here:

Without your Google account you either need USB debugging enabled or you'll have to do a recovery/factory reset. To reset it, you'll have to search for instructions for your model. Often it's a matter of holding the Volume Up button while powering it on.
