locked out of samsung precedent

[Android Question]

i bought a straight talk phone online from a personal seller, and the phone is locked. i dont know the password or the google account? how can i unlock this phone to transfer my current phone (same model just does not charge anymore.) so i can stop switching the battery twice a day..
