My friend friend is currently incarcerated and he's having problems using his state issued tablet..I already did the proper steps like contact JPay, rebooted, and had him talk to his counselor but we have had nothing...What else can we do?
JPay allegedly keeps a pretty tight control over their services (or contracts out to vendors who have to work within JPay's highly curated venue), what did The JPay service representative say when you contacted them? Do you know what your friend's counselor said when he talked to him?
