Locking the Home Screen

Question for anyone who knows. Just got my Mom a ZTE Zfive G phone. She doesn't use a lot of tech, she's elderly, and I wanted to know can you lock a home screen so that it doesn't change widgets, icons or anything else. She has problems seeing so I tried to limit anything she can change on the homevscreen but I can't lock anything down so she can't change it. I got it so all she had to do to call someone was say OK Google Call xxxx. She had a flip phone but it was difficult for her to use, even to open because of the way it's built. We use Walmart's Family plan which I've had for a few years. Please if someone knows let me know. Thanks.

I don't know about ZTE's built in launcher (the app that provides the home screens and app drawer), but many popular replacement launchers, such as Nova and Apex, do have the option to lock the home screens (naming 2 which I know do have this feature).
