i can't get on to my disabled galaxy. i changed my password and my brother tried and got it wrong so many times i cant get on it unless i put in my dads gmail account info, which he told me, he and i both forgot the info. now i can't recover it, and my phone is now locked. do you know how to recover it or get a new google account and ever that into the phone? oh, and it is a Samsung Galaxy S2 and it is not connected to any carrier and is used mostly for pics, games and videos. THANK YOU

Hello and welcome to Android Forums!

I think your only solution left is to do a factory reset on your device. If this is something you want to try here is how to do the reset, remember this will ERASE ALL DATA from your phone!
1.) Power down your phone
2.) Hold volume up and power button at the same time until you see the samsung logo and then you can release them. (Sometimes you will need to continue to hold them until you see the android)
3.) Now you should be into recovery mode.
4.) Use the volume down to scroll down on the list.
5.) Hover over wipe data/factory reset
6.) Click the power button to select this.
7.) Then you will need to use the volume down again to get to Yes.
8.) Once Yes is highlighted you can click the power button again and this will begin a factory reset. Thanks

I hope this helps, if not please feel free to ask another question or sign up to continue this thread.

Thanks
Willis
