Hi, does anyone know why I keep having to log in although I haven't left the site or signed out, I have the box ticked to stay logged in but it doesn't seem to make any difference. phil

How often does it ask to sign in again? Did it start before or after the site redesign last month?

Have you blocked cookies perhaps? Or are browsing in an incognito tab?

Hi, it only started happening last week, I have not altered any settings, I put my computer on at midday and it stays on until evening, it goes to sleep when I leave it, but I notice three or four times during that period it has logged itself out, it only happens on this site, the others stay logged in. Phil
