I to would love to see lollipop on the old LG Spectrum. I'm not going to hold my breath though as this is going to take some serious work and there are very few devs that are still willing to develope for this aging device.

Yea, Spec 2 may get an ota update to lollipop. May have to upgrade to Spec 2 or even better a G2!
