Long time iPhone user looking to move

Hi

I've been an iPhone user for around 3 years now but am contemplating making a move to Android and have joined these forums so that I can learn more about Android, compare it to iPhone and look to make a move.

My main concerns are that as a long time Mac user I might find a move to Android a little difficult given my reliance on iTunes and trying to work out how I can integrate the address book, calendar and mail on an Android device to our Mac. We currently use the iPhone and iCloud so everything more or less just works and I'd like the same level of integration with a new phone.

Excuse my ramblings, I realize that this is not the forums for support or questions but just wanted to give a but of my background and cover the reasons why I am here.
