Longer Mains Charger

Considering the Micro USB cable that comes with the device is relatively short in length when using it for mains charging, i was wondering if you can use any USB to Micro USB cable, or is there a set of specific specifications that i need to look for when getting a longer version?

I am in the UK for those who may post links to products...

You should be fine with any USB to microUSB cable. Just don't try two join to cables in one to make them longer, otherwise the charging will be utterly slow.

I think the USB cable supplied with the S3 is USB 3.0 so you need to make sure the longer cable is to that standard.

If you are just using it to charge, I don't think there is a difference between USB 2.0 and 3.0. Correct me if I am wrong...
