I'm looking for an app that calls don't get send to voicemail but just keeps ringing and ringing....anyone knows of any????

lookinf ro an app that doesnt NOT send calls to voicemail

It's more of an network option than an phone option. The phone does not decide how many seconds of ringing till your call is diverted to voicemail , your network/cellular provider does.
Give them a call and ask them to extend the amount of time before going to voicemail or disable the voicemail box on your number so it continuously rings
