Looking for a basic smartphone, battery life is #1 priority

I've had an HTC Droid Incredible for the past 3 years, which I love, but the screen is dead in several spots and web browsing load times have gotten much slower (as browsers get more complex I guess?). And after several dozen attempts, it was not possible to install the Gingerbread upgrade.

So I'm looking to upgrade to a new phone. I really just want a basic smartphone, with EXCELLENT battery life. That's the main thing I care about. (I bought a 3500mAh extended battery for my Incredible, which is great because I've never had to worry in the slightest about making it through the day.)

I live in an area with excellent reception (NYC). I don't care about the latest bells and whistles- I just want a phone for email, texting, light/moderate web browsing, calendar/organization, frequent google maps, occasional GPS. I don't care at all about screen size/resolution- I'm never going to use it for games or video.

Here's what I'm considering so far:

LG Lucid 2 (free)
Droid Incredible 4G LTE (free)
Pantech Marauder (free)
Samsung Galaxy Stellar ($20)
Droid Razr M ($50)

I'm even considering just buying a "new" old HTC Incredible, since I'd be able to use the extended battery that I already have. Looks like it runs about $85 on Amazon. But I'm concerned that it's a bit too slow for web browsing (was using Dolphin HD).

Leaning a little bit towards the Lucid 2, because I hear it has an excellent battery, but I wonder how long it lasts compared to my extended battery Incredible? I see that there's an extended battery for the first Lucid- I wonder if they will release one for the Lucid 2?

I have no problem buying an extended battery, assuming one is available.

Thoughts?

edit: I have Verizon btw.

Oh... cool! I didn't even think to look on Amazon. On the Verizon website, the Razr Maxx HD is $200! Thanks so much. I will look into this.

No problem. :)
Usually third party retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, Wal-Mart, etc have cheaper phones on-contract rather than the actual carriers themselves.
