Looking for a budget phone purely for music. Any recommendations?

I'm basically just looking for a budget android device with fairly decent audio. Possibly under $100.

Is there anyone with any recommendations?

You won't get the best quality buying new for that price. The question is, what are the second-hand prices for handsets such as the HTC 10 or LG V20 (both praised for the quality of their headphone output) where you are?

Yeah, you won't get any quality phone with that. An mp3 might be better for you, like a Sony NWE395 or even a AGPtEK M20S if you don't want to spend more than $50 on an mp3, is a way better experience than a cheap phone.
