looking for a certain image editing app

Hello people,

Sorry if this was already asked or if this is the wrong section of the forum, i'm new here.
I am currently using my SM-T535 Tablet in school and im pretty happy with the apps i found for "office" work, the only app that i would still need, would be one that i can open the most common imagefiles and make it possible for me to put text over parts of the image. it would be necessery that i can precisly choose where to put the text.

I need because i want to scan documents with camscanner and afterwards fill in gaps or details about the informations on the documents.

Is there anything userfriendly that you know of ?
