looking for a chess game

Hi guys,
I'm looking for an online chess game for Android.
Online, but not random ppl...
I want to play chess with a friend, so here is what I need:
1. To play with a specific player (via invite?)
2. The app does not need to be open all the time (when I move, it will sent a notification, then I can close the app till I get a notification that he/she moved)
3. It will show the last move that the opponent made
4. GUI, not text base

Is there such a game out there?

Actually chess games take most time to complete 1 game.
