Looking for a good checkbook app

Greetings

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I'm new here and couldn't find anything. I'm looking for a checkbook app that doesn't tie into my bank account, backs up to Google drive (or something similar), and most importantly, will automatically sort my entries by date even if I don't enter them in order. Sometimes I don't record things for days or weeks and I'm tired of putting receipts in order before recording them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Free, I can't help you.

Pocket Money does what you want. You can back it up as Quicken or CSV and save it where you want. You don't have to tie into a bank. I don't I just use it as a check register.

Been using it since the days of Palm PDA

Clearcheckbook can do what you want. You can use it online and with the app. I've been using it for years, it's a nice format.
