Looking for a guest sign in app

Hi all, having no luck finding a app that suits my needs. Hoping for some recommendations.

What I want is quite simple, but most apps are to complicated. I just want a app that you add known guests (club members) to, with a few fields to record different details. Then a signin section where you select (able to search) for the person and sign them in. I don't care if they need to sign out of not but prefer not, I just want a record of that person been there on that date.

I then need to be able to email a excel export by date range of those records and the members details.

Anyone know of any apps like this?

Is this a matter where each guest will be responsible for signing themselves in by filling in the correct info you require, or is there someone who will be designated at the entrance who will be doing all the data entry? Depending on the numbers involved the entry process to your event could be an issue.

It sounds like you want an easy to configure app with simple user interface on the front end, that has specific feature-set tied to an extensive database in its back end. Not knowing just which apps you've tried and didn't find appealing, what kind of budget is involved? Have you given any thought into hiring a local developer to create a custom app that fits your requirements?

Hi Svim thanks for the reply. Normally no more than 15 people, if it's simple enough (select name from list and click signin) then the guests can do it, otherwise we can have one person do it.

I have talked to a local development business but it was $1,500 + which is way out of budget, our budgets like zero (not for profit group). We could do a monthly fee on an app but that is about it.

The ones I haven't uninstalled that didn't suit are, Sign in Forms, Visitor Management, Guestlist and Sign In Guest Book. The last one was close but had a few difficulties, had asked the development team for a price to change a few things as they advertise how simple it is for them to do, but they didn't get back to me.

it does appear to be a pay-for issue when customization is involved so is this a matter where you paid for monthly or annual subscription and they're not responding, or you haven't actually paid for anything and still just looking into your best options kind of thing?

I contacted them asking how much to make the required changes, they asked about doing a Skype session but I think they lost interest when they looked at the different time zones lol.

the best app until it crashed and locked me out.

If it would export to excel and not PDF it would work, prefer if I needed need events as well but I can manage that. I have discovered a better term to search for is Attendance Register", but same problems with not been able to export to excel, or cant pre-enter visiters to the app for quick select, others are all around school classes and workers salaries.

I got in touch with Wix and they said there is no way to export to excel.

This has become extremely frustrating. To the point I'm going to look how difficult it is to make an app lol...
