Looking for a music player without library scanning

Hello all, I just need some help quick. I have several Flash Drives I use to connect to my Tablet with OTG and they work great except every time I insert them it's anywhere from a 5-10 minute wait before I can actually play anything properly because the library is being re-scanned. I'm looking for a simple Music Player where I can browse my folders and play music after the drive is inserted, including album art and id3 tag reading on the fly rather than always having to library scan.

If this isn't possible is there a music scanner that can store either one huge library from multiple devices or have some kind of memory of previously inserted devices?

I greatly appreciate any and all help.

Search the Play store for Music Folder Player and you will get apps like this one https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.zorillasoft.musicfolderplayer which will do what I think you are looking for.
