Looking for a particular app - need help

Hello all. On my Pre I had a nice little app that when I hung up the phone, it closed out of the phone application. This was super nice since it eliminated the famous pocket dial.

Does anyone know of an android app that does this? Thanks!!!

I haven't tried it, but I'm pretty sure Tasker can do that (among HUNDREDS of other things). It would be a simply profile\task for it...
