looking for a personal contact app

Hello
I have a list of phone numbers of my colleagues in a CSV file (~500 rows name, number)
It would be easy but I really do not want to add them to my gmail contact as I don't want to have all of them on my viber/whatsapp contact list.
I am looking for an app that could show the name of the caller when I get a call from colleagues.

I do not want to import all these numbers into contacts, I do not want to see them in viber/whatsapp.
