Looking for a way to network my phone and pc

Hello all,

I'm looking for a way to send files between my pc and my Evo. Mostly for uploading pictures from my phone to my PC and music from my PC to my Phone.

I'm talking wirelessly obviously. I don't enjoy hooking up my sync cable :p

Thanks in advance!

Let me be the first to do some shameless self-promotion here. Have you tried Dropbox? You can upload your photos straight to the Dropbox app and it will sync them to your Dropbox folders on your PC. Easy as cake and you'll have your photos right on your PC sans sync cable with the utmost of ease! Here's a referral link for you if you decide to give it a shot, it will give us both some extra space.

I'm really just looking for something that will allow my PC and phone to work like 2 windows computers without installing extra stuff on my PC. (unless i have no choice). Thanks for the recommendation though!

You don't have to install it on your PC, you can just use the web app. You can probably network them together via an FTP app but I don't know much about them so you'll have to hope someone else can help out with that.

Try LogMeIn:

LogMeIn Free provide end users remote desktop access with optional remote sound, file management, printer access, and online chat features through a web browser. The LogMeIn Ignition product is an optional add-on that provides access without a web browser. Several features like secondary user and group management were stripped off after LogMeIn Central was introduced, forcing users who need those features to pay for LogMeIn Central.

LogMeIn Ignition for Android functions the same as it's Apple-centric counterpart, providing fast, one-click access to your LogMeIn computers, directly from any Android powered device. It's available through the Android Market.
