looking for a way to separate my Outlook contacts from my normal contacts

Curious to see what is working best for people that use their android for both work and pleasure. I'm about 1 month in and I've imported all my hotmail/regular contacts. Now if possible I would like to create an entirely separate directory with all of my business contacts (with addresses, email addresses, etc). I don't mind combining the calenders just I have so many business contacts (many of which are not priority) so would like to keep them separate so I don't need to scroll through them every time I'm looking for friends/family.
