Looking for a widget to toggle vibration WITHOUT changing ring/silent

Not a widget, but try Volume Control from RevoSolutionary Development. It's an app that let's you adjust System Volume, Ringer Volume, Notification Volume, Media Volume, Alarm Volume and In-Call Volume as well as Vibrate On/Off for Ringer and for Notification. One of my most used apps!
 
Beautiful Widgets. They have widgets you can add for Bluetooth Toggle, GPS, Plane Mode Toggle, Silent Toggle, Vibrate Toggle and Wifi. Plus they look good.
