Looking for a wired ethernet adapter for my Nexus 5

I'm not able to use a wireless network at home. So I'm looking for a wired ethernet (RJ45) adapter that plugs into my phone's USB port. I know these devices exist, but I've not been able to locate one that works with my phone + Android 6 (Marshmallow).

If someone knows of one that works with Android 6, that would be great.

Can you cheat and use a pocket router? Plug the cat 5 onto that and then connect to it using WiFi on the phone?

You could probably walk into currys or pc word today and walk out with the Tp link one

We don't use WiFi networks of any sort in the house. I'm using powerline adapters to provide the network.
So I need something to physically plug into the phone.

Thanks, yeah I have been looking at those devices, but it depends whether the O/S supports wired ethernet capability. Apparently my phone used to have it with Android 5, but since upgrading to Android 6, it no longer does :(
