Looking for an app to change mail profiles

Hi there.

Just wondered if anyone could help? I'm looking to see if an app exists to change the checking frequency of the (Exchange) mail client based on time?

For example, no checking during work hours or at sleep time, and only checking during evening.

Does such a thing exist? Or even an app to enable easier changing of profiles?

Not sure if they offer it but look into Touchdown and Moxier.

I'd suggest just changing your notifications. There are profile apps that offer time-based scheduling.

Can you suggest any of these profile apps?

It's not so much about notifications, it's just that it's a real waste of battery and bandwidth if it checks when I'm at work
