You probably won't if you're searching Google Play Store. Like looking for Youtube downloaders, it's copyright infringement. And discussion is prohibited on AF, and because of DMCA.

I just read through the Facebook Terms of Service and I didn't see anything specifically prohibiting downloading content other than the standard disclaimer about having the appropriate permissions to post in in the first place. That said, there also don't seem to be an apps specifically for this purpose.

There are general video downloader apps, but these do violate the terms of service with other popular sites so I'd rather not get involved in that discussion.
