Looking for andriod phone $120 budget GSM

SO im looking for a andriod phone im on a $120 budget

Minimum requirements

1 GHZ

512 RAM

Higher than 4.0 pixel camera ( not that important)

Oh and it MUST BE able to work on a gsm network I buy from ebay amazon etc.

I don't mind Chinese phone if their build quality is good.

I'd take a second hand Galaxy S1 from eBay based on those. Maybe it's just me but I'd prefer that to getting unbranded Chinese phones. My old GS1 is still running fine even after 3 years.

If it's in budget, or you can stretch a few $ the Huawei Ascend Y300 is a very nice phone, dual core 1GHz, specs are here: Huawei Ascend Y300 - Full phone specifications

For $150, you can find a Galaxy S2.

But if $120 is the absolute limit, the Galaxy S1 or a cheap HTC phone could work.
