looking for app to resize wallpapers

Hey guys I hate the android wallpapers system. I am always using wallpapers of cars, women, bikes, etc and I end up staring at it blown up huge on my screen

Is there an app to take a large wallpaper and resize it (while keeping same resolution) so I can see the entire thing on my middle home screen?

Basically like this, make original pic smaller on a large black background. first is original and second is what I want for the app to do. Like that Im not staring at a large nose , car door, bike engine on my screen

why not just rezise them on your computer before you drag them to your phone? that's what i do.

Because I have a milliong wallpapers and resizing them would take a few minutes. Why bother if I can use whatever I have?

Its annoyng to do that and I practically change wallpaper every day the other option above is great, thanks
