Looking for Browser That Doesn't Rest on Reboot

Hi everyone.. I'm looking for a browser for my wife (and me too) that won't reset every time I reboot (Turn my phone off at night). Safari For the iPhone would save the tabs and the page you had up even if you shut the phone off.
Are there any browsers that will save the pages you are on when you shut the phone down and back up?
