Looking for dog training application

Maybe it sounds interesting. My neighbor's dog is very naughty, his name is Lali, everytime when i come through, he will shouting, very noisy, I want to find an program that can make him stay quiet..... Uhmm a little difficult. right?

this is a good idea or a training clicker too like the one that I am now manually using but have to now juggle with the leash, treats, and the phone. An app would be cool

I secrectly training my neigbor's dog with Dog Whistle It's amazing that the dog turns to slient, sitting down there, wagging his tails. Not annoy me anymore. Lol......

I've used the dog clicker the last few days....the teacher of my puppy class lost her mind when she saw it tonight...very simple and even my kids are able to use it. (just the free version)
