Looking for Good Outlined, Hierarchy List Tool

I'm trying to find a good To-Do list/hierarchy list/Outlined List which would allow me to create track projects in outline fashion. Anyone using anything like that?

You might like OpenLoopz. It can set up projects with all the tasks that need to be completed. You can set it where some tasks cannot be started until another is completed. It has widgets and reminders, and tracks what's overdue. It can be complicated to set up, but I found it to be extremely helpful when you have to manage several projects at once.
