Honestly, your best bet is to go on ebay and buy one. You can get an invite for a couple dollars.

Yeah, I know they are available. I just thought anybody with access could easily invite. So I thought id give it a shot

i totally agree...that seems like a no brainer to be providing google voice on android phones

there should be a link to follow when logged into Google voice in a browser at the bottom invite a friend maybe. or maybe the link posted above? however that link led me to nothing. let me know id GREATLY appreciate it..
