looking for keyboard

tried several different keyboards

looking for a keyboard that has 2 letters on one button?
sorta like how some of the early blackberry phones were?

which keyboard has an option to do this?

Why you need 2 letters on the same button ? you find it hard to press on smaller buttons. Try swipe where you need to draw a line over the letters, not to press on them, or shapewriter where the buttons are very clear compared to all other keyboards.
